Your folks have done an outstanding job for me on this Operations Center project and converting the main office over to new phone equipment and NuVox. The response time has been great; The patience they have shown with me and everyone else has been above and beyond The set up of the new system was almost perfect the first day.  And the willingness to minimize the pain and suffering of customers has been wonderful. Lorri, Shane, Brian, you, and everyone else, right down to the person that answers your phones have all been great to work with! We started a two month venture trying to find the right vendor for our new phone system. We had a ten year old digital legacy system and needed something new that would satisfy our needs as well as put us on top of technology. Avaya IP Office Customer: Glenco FireplacesMoving to a new location is always a strain, with many delays and unknowns. Expecting a sharp increase in business due to our improved location, we decided upon a VOIP Telephony Solution which we thought would meet our immediate and future needs. This proved to be a dismal failure as the company could not consistently deliver even the simplest of phone services – the dial tone. Knowing we were losing business by the minute, we contacted Prime Line, having worked with them several years before and knowing their reputation for both quality and knowledge of the industry. Within 2 days techs were busy installing, and within the week we had dial tone with temporary service.  Prime Line coordinated the baby-sat the LNP process to insure that our customer-facing Toll-Free and Vanity numbers were transferred correctly. They installed the Avaya IP Office, included personalized training, and have since programmed it several times to suite our “musical-office chairs.”
