Management Team

Josh Enloe, President, has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. During this time he has worked in many facets of the industry. His technical experience combined with his constant striving for ultimate customer satisfaction makes him a favorite with Prime Line customers. From cabling a large enterprise, to design and implementation of the newest VoIP solutions, Josh has repeatedly had great success with his communication endeavors.

Technical Installation & Programming

Shane Paris, Lead Technician, has 20+ years with Prime Line, and over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Certifications include installation and service for all AVAYA products including Definity, Partner, Legend / Magix, and IP Office.   Shane also has extensive knowledge of paging systems, network cabling design and infrastructure, and implementation of network services including PRI, T1, Frame Relay and DSL.

Justin Presley, Technician, has 3 years of experience in infrastructure cabling. He is trained in Category 5e, 6, 6A, and fiber optic installation. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the job is completed and the customer is fully satisfied.

Brian Rainey, Lead Technician,  since 1995, has dedicated his exceptional talent in communications to the design and implementation of complex voice, data, and paging systems. His experience with AVAYA, Nortel, and InterTel products in addition to his in-depth data experience has allowed Prime Line to excel in the VoIP world. Brian also has extensive experience with T-1, PRI, DSL, Frame Relay, and many other network services.

Mike Collins, Infrastructure Cabling Project Manager, has  has over 25 years experience in the communications industry.  Mike’s specialty is design, configuration, and project management of all types of infrastructure cabling systems.  Mike assures that all Prime Line projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.  Mike’s in-depth understanding of infrastructure cabling allows him to offer cutting edge cabling solutions that surpass all customer expectations.

Lorri Merrell, Trainer/Implementer/Dispatcher, has has over 14 years experience training individuals and groups.  Her experience stems from years of training for wireless communications service providers, such as Sprint Nextel.  She has an extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite which enables her to customize training collateral to meet client needs. Lorri’s personal touch, organization, attention to detail, and follow up makes her an outstanding complement to the total Prime Line solution.

Jeremy McCall, Customer Relations, has  over 8 years experience in earning and keeping satisfied customers. From hospitality to health care, Jeremy has consistently built lasting relationships and created great customer experiences for many people. His constant efforts to ensure customer satisfaction are unmatched in our industry.
